The Role:
Run our Social Media Account, most importantly Instagram and TikTok, amplify our voice, and create engaging content that connects with our community. You'll also manage influencer collaborations and help grow Sun Matters' presence online.
The Essentials:
- 8–12 hours/week, flexible schedule
- Content creation and scheduling for social media platforms
- Respond to DMS, comments and outreaches related to sun matters socials
- Manage influencer outreach and collaborations
- Monitor trends, engagement, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events & ads
Who You Are:
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, TikTok, or Instagram Ads
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
- Social media savvy, with a good eye for visuals and storytelling
- Passionate about consumer brands, wellness, and digital trends

Support Sun Matters in strengthening and growing our retail presence. You'll help maintain relationships with our current retail partners while assisting in the development of new partnerships. This is your chance to learn the art of business development in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
The Essentials:
- Full-time internship (3+ months)
- Assist with communication and relationship management for existing retail partners
- Support the development and outreach for new partnerships
- Help track product listings with partners
Who You Are:
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Comfortable building relationships and coordinating across teams
- Bonus: Experience in B2B communication, account management, or retail partnerships
